[L05] Do Not Laugh At The Fat Man Jogging

What should you do when you see a fat man jogging? I guess, nothing. Juvenile people, however, will make fun of him, even though he is just trying to improve his health.

On Human-hyenas

There seem to be no lack of ‘human-hyenas’. They come together to mock, insult and laugh at people. They laugh the whole day, but never at their own flaws, and it’s never productive or good-natured. They are disconnected from civil society and its moral values. They struggle with their own self-esteem  but have not trouble laughing at the fat man jogging, even if they are just as fat or fatter. They don’t take action. They just find another thing to make fun of , all while keeping the same dead-end job for years. They live a lazy life, and their mental capacity shows for it.

The fat man is taking a step towards improving his life. What are you doing with your own life?

Observer and inaction

Life is not meant just for observing. When we have nothing good to say, we should keep our mouths shut and get our brains working on to fulfill our next objective. A better job perhaps? A hobby that fulfills us? Better health? To be just an observer is just wasting good time.

Inaction and idleness lead to the kind of person we just called human-hyenas. Of course, they might be stupid in the first place. A young person taking a $2000 job might have no choice. A middle-aged person taking a $2000 job is suffering the consequences of his own actions, or rather inaction.

A kinder society

It’s easy to judge, and impossible to know. In a world starved of encouragement, we need less of insults to people actually trying. We should all be kinder towards people taking a step forward towards their life, in whatever aspects that may be. When you see a fat man jogging, it should just be another normal thing to see.

Be the fat man jogging instead of the giggling bum.
